Room was filthy, it looked like a place where there was a lot of illegal stuff happening. The bed had hair on it, we complained and they tried to accuse us of planting it. The hair was a long black straight hair, I have short red curly hair. They refused to give us our money back we were there not even an hr.
We rented another room at the Ramada ran late to our engagement because of it. Came back the next morning to speak to management and to no surprise they were just as unprofessional as the man from the night before. Needless to say I had to cal law enforcement, they unfortunately could not get us our money back because it is a civil matter, but they express how the place was a dump and that they are not surprise we went through that, and that they re called there often.

there were a couple of roaches in the room, when we tried to change rooms they said they couldn’t and that it was normal… the sheets were also dirty/stained so we asked for new bed sheets and the “clean” ones were still stained.

Comfortable beds but bathroom need good cleaning. Mold in corners, dirty tub. Area is quiet. Breakfast is a joke. Milk left sitting out. And only cereal and muffins. Yogurt was warm.
