The shower never got warm or hot. Nothing like taking a cold shower first thing in the morning.

Nice little place but it needs some serious TLC
Employees were friendly and helpful. The place in general needs some serious refurbishing, lots of rust everywhere. Funky smells in the hallways. Killed 3 roaches in the bathroom. The 2 pools they advertise are there and they're petty nice, no slide though. Some rust removal, fresh paint and a good exterminator service could make this place attractive again.

We liked the location. Plenty of parking. BUT very dirty, there was blood on my sheets at check-in. Carpet was stiff with who knows what and room was damp with musty smell. Tons of damage to the property including boarded windows and missing chunks of the indoor pool roofing. Staff fairly unconcerned. Left after 1 night. Should be condemned.

It’s in a very nice location. We had a room beachfront so that was wonderful. We went in August. It has a good layout in the room. It is kind of outdated in old after first few days. It did have kind of an odor in the room. Daytona Beach is high tide most days where we were staying so you could walk on the beach but as far as going out and just sitting, it was hard to do it rained while we were there so that might’ve had something to do with it it was clean. It just seemed like it’s a little outdated And a odor. But the price you pay it is exactly what you’re gonna get.
