It is a beautiful hotel with lots of amenities and amazing location. The only 2 complaints I have is I thought the beds were hard. I didn’t sleep good because of it. Also, it rained while we were there and you could hear the water dripping from the roof/brick wall in our room.

For the price we paid, I was honestly expecting a much better experience. Check-in was a complete mess, we arrived about an hour and a half after the listed check-in time, only to be told our room still wasn’t ready and we’d have to be on standby. This was after a six-hour drive and with dinner reservations we were trying to make. To make matters worse, there was a long line of about 10 cars just waiting for valet when we pulled in.
Once we finally got into the room, it was underwhelming. There was only one outlet for charging devices, and it was at the desk — nothing near the bed. The end tables didn’t match, one of the lamps didn’t work, the bathroom didn’t have a fan, there was no microwave, and every clock was set to the wrong date and time. Even the TV still had a welcome message for a previous guest.
For nearly $1,000 for a two-night stay, I expected things to feel more polished and put together. When I brought up my concerns at checkout, the front desk staff just said they had been at full capacity, no apology or effort to make things right.
Unfortunately, I’m not sure I’d stay here again

Beautiful, unique property. Excellent service. Great dining choices.
Pro tip- Don't stay on the 5th floor of building #2- the night club on the roof is too loud.
That said, I would absolutely stay there again.

This Hotel is amazing. The fossils are throughout the hotel and they are very family oriented. They have a scavenger hunt for the kids to complete along with a prize for completing it. We are definitely making another trip to Savannah, and we will stay here again. It will be my hotel of choice every trip to Savannah. The staff are amazing, valet parking is included, the restaurants are fantastic, stunning views of the river and a lot of history to see. I would give so many more stars than 5. This is a must visit place if you are coming to Savannah.

房间是利用旧厂房改造，既有历史痕迹又不乏现代风格，设施齐全，干净，周边适合休闲放松，服务态度也好，住了两次，比较喜欢。
酒店地理位置很棒，靠近河滨步道。这里的历史建筑修复得非常漂亮。虽然每栋建筑加起来设施一应俱全，但为了保留历史风貌，它们之间是独立的，而且萨凡纳的夏天真的很热。
我入住的四天里有两天电梯都坏了，酒店一直让我爬六层楼梯。有几次我不得不请求工作人员让我使用员工电梯，因为他们并没有主动提供这个选择。下楼时，我不得不给前台打电话（可以理解他们很忙），或者走六层楼梯。对于我这种膝盖不好的人来说，这体验真是太糟糕了。
酒店的装饰很漂亮，餐厅的食物也很美味。我有点惊讶早餐券竟然不能抵扣一顿完整的早餐，无论你在哪里吃都一样，但也许这类酒店都是这样吧？我平时也不常住这么好的酒店。
位置非常棒（就在萨凡纳河畔）。停车是最大的问题（即使是住店客人也没有免费停车，代客泊车54美元，自助停车也要56美元，因为是按小时计费）。如果停车的话，我建议停在路边，酒店的停车场太贵了。便利设施很好，但没有游泳池有点遗憾。客房清洁做得马马虎虎，垃圾桶周围没有清理干净（好像只倒了大的垃圾）。洗漱用品也不补齐……有时有针线包，有时有浴帽，有时什么都没有，完全看运气。我没有在这里用餐，所以不清楚餐饮情况。哦！Baobab酒吧氛围很好，服务也很友好。
一座工业厂区改造的酒店。很惊艳的酒店。宝石，恐龙化石，艺术品主题很漂亮，临河的风景也很美。服务也很奈斯。游泳的时候睡袍被收走了，口袋里装着卡包，前台长发帅哥积极协助最后在三个洗衣房里找到卡包。酒吧也不错。
酒店理念很有趣，地理位置绝佳，房间也很漂亮。

萨凡纳河边的酒店，应该是常规酒店中当地最好的。唯一不满的是管理上有点乱，一直在随意的扣我们的信用卡，费用始终没搞清楚，通过携程管家的不懈沟通，现在终于确认多收款了，目前还没收到退款，希望一切顺利。
