The hotel is a shadow of its former glory (if any). The hotel is undergoing renovation and has a serious catch up to do for a 4 star property. Staff is impolite and expected payments in cash or gpay. I stayed a night in April 2025. Credit cards/ Debit cards are not accepted as the hotel has some financial issues going on. Rooms need upkeep and the their lobby to the rooms is appaling, covered with towels and lacking clean carpets. Staff does not hand a recipt after payment citing billing system issues. Poor service for a 4 star property. Stay at your own peril.

Everything is good.. All the staffs in FnB are very polite ... Special thanks to Mr Sayan for excellent communicate & service to me & my team. Food was very testy. I will visit again whenever I come to the city. also, room was clean & great service overall.

Prakita in the reception has been very welcoming with a beautiful smile and guidance throughout the stay. The hotel and all other staffers are fabulous. Aamod Chandratre my colleague both enjoyed the stay very much and wish to return here again

Best hotel in Raipur city, Excellent services. All staff very helpfull they are very professional in their work. And also reception staff , Management very helpfull, Very excellent services . One of the best places to stay Raipur. I recommend the business community to stay here if you are coming to chattisgarh.
