Very badly maintained rooms and dirty bathrooms. The lenins are not clean. There are cockroaches in the rooms. No proper ventilation.

Property is located in prime area, easy to access. To enter the reception area, which is on the first floor. We need to take the lift from parking. And parking place is filled with two wheelers of customers for bar! also, the garbage of a week was piled up in the basement. Whole basement-was stinking. Reception area was smelling cigarette smoke with some youth sitting and loudly talking. There was no courtesy from reception. Rooms were shabby. Furniture's were broken, towels and blankets were torn. Only amenity provided was soap. Not even drinking water. Ac worked efficiently and noiselessly. Hot water was available only in the morning hours. The bathroom was dirty and unhygienic. Hand-wash was not provided. Toilet seats were broken. Overall, experience was worse. Morning complimentary breakfast was provided in the restaurant in the ground floor. A neat and clean restaurant. Breakfast was good. I do-not recommend the hotel to anyone, especially families. I suggest mmt, through whom i booked this hotel to duelist from their website to save their reputation.

There was no amenities. The hotel is shaby and shady. The hotel does not have any telephone in room to call reception or house keeping. Rooms do not have clean bedsheets or blankets. The furniture is broken. Toiletries were not provided, when asked for, they gave 2 soaps thats all. Pathetic
