The location is excellent.the staff is very helpful kind and cooperative .the ambience is nice.the rooms are nice.the give so much value to the customer.The cleanliness is at its peak.There is no external noise.but they should provide more indoor games.overall the location is excellent.

Location is great ,you can witness the glimpse of Kanchenjunga from the Balcony. Food is very good,staffs are very well behaved The only concern is the Bad road to the property.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel with a breathtaking view of Mt. Kanchenjunga. The entire reception team, especially Ms. Isha and Mukesh, were extremely polite, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The restaurant staff were equally courteous and attentive, and the food was excellent. They serve delicious pure vegetarian food. Truly a pleasant and memorable experience overall.

Sorry for the delayed review , but our experience at Udaan Olive Hotel & Spa truly deserves a mention. We had stayed for 2 days in Dec 2023. We were fortunate to witness breathtaking views right from our balcony – the majestic Kanchenjunga range glowing in the early morning, the serene clear morning view of Pelling, and later in the day snow-cladded homes across the Pelling region after the first snowfall. These moments made our stay feel truly blessed and unforgettable. The hospitality and spa service were exceptional, ensuring complete relaxation during our trip. The restaurant team deserves special appreciation – Budhi Raj, Subbhajit, and Akriti were extremely friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience memorable with their warm service and care. Overall, everything about the stay – the location, views, comfort, food, and staff – was outstanding. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pelling.
