Worst experience ever. Bad management, bad behavior from the staffs. Don't know the guest service. Poorest management policy. I was booked by Make my trip -prepaid for a double bed room & was verified for the reservation through one of my colleague at hotel & informed for late check-in. They have confirmed the same. When I was in hotel for check-in they denied for the booking & forced me to book directly if we want to stay. The time was 01 am. I & my colleague was hopeless on that time, for the time we have booked by direct payment, we stayed at #404, horrible room & facilities. It should not be happen with anyone. Don't booked this hotel, don't book by OYO. I have complained in MMT but till now they haven't refunded or not doing any thing else.
