Currently staying six nights here with my family of five. Our apartment has amazing view across the slopes of the main ski run and is appointed with everything you need for a happy family holiday in the snow. The ski-in, ski-out position is fantastic, especially for a young family and allows you to maximise the fun. The service is outstanding and delivered by Marcos who is exceptionally kind and customer-focused. We really can’t thank him enough for ensuring that we enjoyed a memorable visit to beautiful Hakuba.
