The staff here is so welcoming and really work to make sure that you are well taken care of and that your needs are fulfilled.
Everything was so clean and spacious. I was there for business and the cleanliness and amenities made the working from the hotel so much easier.
Only thing I did not like was that there were a lot of noisy guests. But I don't believe that's the hotel at fault.

Dirty comforter
My son and me had to sleep with no comforter, we have to remove that dirty comforter they had

Everything was great. Only minor discomfort was the bath towels. They were quite rough and scratchy.

Family trip
The property itself is great! However, check in was at 3 and our room was not ready until 5. We were there for a family event that started at 6 and ended up being late because of the late check in. They offered free access to their club which did us no good because we were at our family event. Their excuse was they were sold out the night before. They offered a king room with a cot once they saw I was upset. But for 4 people that was also unacceptable. The ordeal was very inconvenient.
