Great property, I e stayed a handful of times, very friendly staff. Only one little concern…I’d appreciate more discretion when being checked in. Too much of my personal information was unnecessarily said out loud (full name and spelling, home address, phone number, last four digits of cc.) I had already reserved, paid online, and the front desk clerk had my license in his hand…no reason at all to say it out loud. It made me uncomfortable for my privacy and security - I was traveling alone. I cut the gentleman off mid his announcement of my room number. More training needs to be done in this area.

A light was burned out above the mirror in the bathroom when I arrived. I told staff about it, but it was not fixed during my 2 day stay. I found hairs in the shower that were not mine, and fingerprints/smudges around the bathroom light switch.

The bed and rest of the room were clean. Breakfast was excellent.

And, the young man working the desk Thursday evening was VERY helpful when I couldn't get my phone charger to work, happily loaning me one!

We've stayed here many times when visiting our daughter at ISU. We have always been satisfied with our stay. We paid a very fair price because it wasn't a home football game weekend....on home FB weekends it's completely overpriced for a comfortable inn...but all hotels are. Facility has had many updates and our room was really nice and updated. Bed was not terribly comfortable but I really need a soft comfy bed. Free hot breakfast in the morning is also a great perk. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The location is wonderful. This is the second time I have stayed here and it did not disappoint. It was nice to have a place to park for the game also so double bonus! Rooms are comfy and clean.
