Our family enjoyed our stay at Towneplace Suites Front Royal. We always choose Towneplace suites when we travel because of the breakfast and spacious rooms. This hotel, however, was unique because of the warm and friendly staff. We checked in late and were greeted warmly. Throughout our stay, Britany was a lovely person to see each morning, and every day the front desk was helpful and friendly. We loved our stay, our room was clean and quiet, and it was a great location to Shenandoah (the main reason for our visit) as well as nearby restaurants and other things to do. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Room itself was great. Our room was on the lower level across from the gym and next to the elevator. It was the only room located here as all of the other rooms were on the other hallway. We could hear the elevator when it was running and people going to the gym. If you get room 003 I would request a different room. While the room was clean and spacious it’s not in a great location.

This is one of the best Marriotts I have stayed in. We had a king room, and it was the perfect set up. There is a small kitchen which was a huge bonus. The bed was comfortable, and the walk-in shower was perfect. We will definitely stay here again!

服务很好，酒店整体很整洁。房间设施很齐，冰箱，洗碗机，微波炉，电磁炉，咖啡壶。应该是洗碗机有啥设置问题，隔一分钟左右响一声，不会关掉，比较烦。床品和毛巾略有些老，没到影响使用，但是感觉有点对不起酒店的等级吧。
在谢南多厄游玩了一天后，我们在这家酒店住了一晚。我们到得很晚。入住人员的服务态度非常好。
到达房间后，我们注意到两张床坐下时都很低。后来，我们准备睡觉时，发现两张床垫都发出可怕的撞击声。这是最糟糕的一晚。第二天早上，我们向前台报告了这个问题。
床太糟糕了！我去办理入住的时候，连服务员都告诉我，有人抱怨床太差，她想帮我换到其他房间，但他们已经没有空房了……
我度过了一段非常愉快的时光，房间很干净，工作人员非常友好。
有泳池的物业清单，但泳池已关闭，且仅季节性开放，应在描述中披露。:-/
