The staff was kind, efficient, and tried to remedy my concern. The issue was that the shower head had some type of black residue on the bottom third. I tried to wipe it away before calling the front desk. One of the desk associates came to try to clean it but couldn’t (she said it was rust). They offered us another room which we took. When we got to that room, it had the same problem.
That was the only issue.

他们取消了我的房间！

我房间的空调坏了。我把温度调到最低，希望能凉快下来，但房间里非常闷热、潮湿，霉味很重，地板也很黏。住得不太舒服。以后可能再也不会来这里了。
飓风导致酒店无法入住
我入住的第一晚停电了，而且由于飓风，空调、电话和网络都断了！我不得不离开，没有在那里住第二晚。那里的冰雪工作人员说他们会退还我的钱！
