When we arrived and given our room, someone else was already in there. They gave us another room and again it was occupied. The third time switching to a different room, it wasn’t cleaned from the previous guests.

Horrible service.
Front desk staff service is terrible.
They made me feel as if I was disturbing their night for checking in. Also, they oversold their rooms and sent me away though I booked my room 2 months in advance!

Payed for our stay with one key cash. Provided a credit card at check in for incidentals and was told it wasn’t needed. When I checked out the next morning the lady asked for a card since there wasn’t one in file. I gave her my card and asked if she just needed it for incidentals and she said yes. After leaving I checked my card and she charged the full amount to my card. I immediately called and she said I would have to wait until Monday and speak with the manager. I called back Monday and the manager said she would refund my card and that I would get an email with the refund. Still haven’t received my money or an email.

I had reserved a wheelchair accessible room. It was not. The bathroom was very tight for a wheelchair. Bathroom was dirty specially the baseboards. Small sink for three people.

Check in was 4PM. At 4:07PM I was told to come back in 30 minutes as the room was not ready. At this time there was a lobby full of guests waiting for rooms. Finally got checked into a room at 5:07 PM(first floor even though I booked a river view). That room still had other customers items in it. Went back to the front desk, despite showing them a picture (see photo)of the occupied room I was made to wait in line again to receive a different room. Finally got checked into my second room at 5:27PM(second floor, despite reserving a river view). This room was clean and unoccupied.
Due to the delay to checking into my room, I had to reschedule my dinner reservations twice.
We also were woken up by housekeeping at 8AM despite my checkout time being 12PM.
Extremely unhappy with my stay overall.

This is about our 4th time stating here. It was awesome when it opened but this go around the shower door was broken, toilet handle was broken, walls had stains, sofa had stains.

We love the theme, but it’s lost it spunk to us.
