I was given a handicapp room that I didn't book, the shower light didn't work, the plug-in by the sink didn't work, there was sitting water on the floor next to the toilet, the window shade string was broken, and there was no ironing board. I've stayed here before and I loved it. The location is convenient to downtown, the property is well kept and the hotel is clean overall. I will reach out to management with my concerns.

拒绝服务犬入住
前台告诉我们,我们不能带服务犬入住,如果带进来,将被处以250美元的宠物违规费。幸好我们没有住在这里,因为这家酒店破旧不堪,电梯也坏了,而且看起来很脏。我们离开了,开车一个小时去了别的地方。

工作人员非常粗鲁。我入住时没有空房。我后面的人被安排了房间。前台工作人员除了房间超额预订外,找不到其他原因。非常非常不方便。
