因为肠胃不适，我未能入住这家酒店。我已向Trip.com发起取消申请，但他们告知我供应商和酒店尚未回复。Trip.com的代表还打电话给我，要求我提供肠胃不适的证明。并不是每个人肠胃不适都需要医生证明的。众所周知，既然我没有入住这家酒店，酒店也从未给我打过电话或发过邮件。我尝试联系酒店，但他们提供的电话号码根本打不通。Trip.com的代表告诉我酒店为我保留了房间，但实际上我从未收到过房号，甚至连酒店的邮件都没有。这意味着他们把房间给了其他人。Trip.com在没有提供任何服务的情况下，白白赚了600元人民币。我真想朝他们那些被虫蛀的脸上吐口水。

我最近入住这家酒店，体验非常糟糕。酒店维护很差，大部分区域看起来陈旧破败。房间里灰尘明显，我甚至还发现了蟑螂，这对于任何一家酒店来说都是完全不可接受的。门上有白蚁蛀蚀的痕迹，很多设施，包括水龙头，都生锈了。事实上，房间里几乎所有东西都生锈了，或者缺乏维护。

总而言之，酒店的清洁和维护远低于可接受的标准。除非酒店管理层认真翻新和改善，否则我不会推荐任何人入住。

I had a horrible stay at this property and would not recommend it. Despite the hotel claiming to provide non-smoking rooms, the reality was the complete opposite. Major Issues Encountered: Pervasive Odors: There was a strong, lingering smell of cigarettes throughout the hallways and inside my "non-smoking" room. To make matters worse, there was a nauseating STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) smell that filled the area every morning. Poor Hygiene: The maintenance of the rooms is severely lacking. Both the bedsheets and the towels smelled like stale cigarette smoke, making it impossible to feel clean or comfortable. Lack of Maintenance: It is clear that the rooms are not being maintained to a professional standard. The overall upkeep is poor, and the staff does not seem to enforce the non-smoking policy they advertise. Conclusion: If you value cleanliness and a fresh environment, avoid this hotel. The combination of cigarette smoke and sewage odors made this a miserable stay.

Internet not work. This is my 2nd visit in this also faced the same issue. Twice I had average support. Thanks Please improve this future atleast. People who do travelling their basic need is proper network.
