I had done mobile check in and picked my room but when I got there (after the check in time) I had to go to the desk because my room wasn’t ready. I had picked the room on the bottom floor as I was getting over a back issue and didn’t want to walk far. Unfortunately, there were none ready and I had to go to a different floor.

The staff was very unfriendly and not at all helpful to me in any way. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I needed to cancel my booking and needed a refund. The staff was not accommodating at all. I was appalled by their behavior and lack of interest in helping me. They told me to call ******* sometimes they can cancel in some circumstances. Since I booked through *******, I even asked one of the virtual reps for help, and they proceeded to call the hotel staff because SOMETIMES they will cancel it in an emergency. The ******* rep said that they would not honor my cancellation nor offer me a refund. They just kept pushing the late check-in option, which directly ignored my request since I told them I was unable to make it at all.
I would never book here again. Awful just awful.

我一家六口订了一间带两张大床和一张折叠沙发的房间。折叠沙发的床垫很脏，背面全是黑色的霉点。我打电话给前台，他们说今晚已经客满了，最多也就是再拿一条毯子给我们盖在脏兮兮、霉点的床垫上！以后不会再住了，也不会推荐给任何人。
我们预订了一间大床房，却被告知超额预订，无法入住。前台的人根本不在乎。
电视坏了，大堂的打印机也坏了。不像航空公司超额预订那样有补偿，至少他们还会提供一些选择。旅行太累了，不想再找酒店了。
真的要开始预订万豪酒店了。
房间很脏，床下有发霉的食物，床下还有垃圾。我们不得不请人来修理了两次百叶窗，因为我们既不能关上也不能打开，电视机的断路器一直在跳闸，所以我们不得不不停地跳闸。我们星期三入住时，电梯旁边有一袋垃圾，星期天退房时仍然在那里。早餐简直是笑话。我们住过很多次 Hotel2Suites，这是有史以来最糟糕的一次。在我们住过的其他套房里，我们实际上吃了全套早餐，有香肠、鸡蛋、真正的薯饼、饼干、肉汁和培根。真正的全套早餐，早餐三明治、煎蛋卷和薯饼，都是在小超市买的，用微波炉加热。我们对我们的长期住宿感到非常失望。我们计划每年去亚利桑那州几次，因为我的女儿现在住在那里。但不会再住在那里的 Home2Suites 了。
