总体而言，这家酒店干净、舒适，位置也很好。大部分员工都非常友善和乐于助人。早上有免费咖啡和茶。不过，有几个员工在我询问城市里的交通（比如怎么坐公交车）时，并没有真正尽力提供帮助。健身房很干净，但有点小。总的来说，我还是会再来的！
我的房间就在停车场旁边，窗帘完全拉不开！连续住了两天，感觉真的不太好！不过服务人员很好，床也很舒服！谢谢！

这家酒店出乎意料的好。房间干净整洁，大小适中，位置也很方便。绝对物超所值！

我下午3点去办理入住，房间还没准备好。我4点有个会议，这是我这次入住的主要目的，我需要在会议前找个地方换衣服洗澡。直到5点半左右才接到房间准备好的电话，那时已经晚了2点……工作人员一点也不帮忙。我非常失望和生气，希望得到全额退款！
房间干净。两张舒适的大床。
位置中心。停车方便。办理入住时服务员很热情。我们住了六晚，没有阳台/可打开的窗户。空调运行良好。房间相对安静（面向停车场）。我们入住时收到了早餐券，据说每张价值15美元，但早上工作人员对包含的内容说了些不同的话。总之，这笔钱足够吃一盘热腾腾的食物，吃饱了。
我们订错了房间的周末。我们尝试更改预订日期，但他们拒绝了我们的请求，并收取了当晚的房费。我们仍然会去南卡罗来纳州哥伦比亚市，但以后绝不会再入住IHG假日酒店。
