Lovely staff and clean rooms. Not enough sun beds with shade meaning you had to get up at 6.30am to try and claim one. Very loud music played much of the day. Excursions and spa treatments very expensive. The best bit about the hotel are the staff who are fun and welcoming.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely amazing. We ate at every restaurant and every single one was delicious. Probably some of the best resort food I have ever had

The spa was way too over priced at $500hr no thanks. the tours offered by the beach by JOY adventures is the way to go. a whole day (830am to 5pm) takes you site seeing and to a mud bath, waterfall and to the owners house which is nice to dine for lunch. after that you can do snorkeling or hang out on a beach. the trip home is all you can drink rum punch. the staff are great people to make the trip really fun.cost $125 US ,No up charges just a good time.

Being 3 months old, this was a beautiful resort. The rooms were modern and clean. The food at this resort was great! Quite a variety of options and some delicious meals were shared. We were so happy to spend our honeymoon here. Thank you Secrets

I did not go to the Spa but i enjoyed very much the hotel ,the beauty of the garden , the pools , the room , the view of the sea and part of the food because some of them were good with a good choice of menu but others were not . The one thing that i was not happy about is that Saturday for lunch there was no buffet at the market restaurant who was supposed to be the only restaurant with a buffet but , they decided to change it to “a la carte”, it was horrible and a mess because the staff was not train to receive this amount of people to be seated and to deliver the food . The choice of food was very poor , the wait was more than an hour to receive the very small portion of food with no etiquette and a lot of people was very mad because they could enjoy their precious time at the pool or the sea , but waiting for a bad quality of food in the middle of the day . This was unacceptable for a resort like Secret . I hope that they will work on it if they want to keep their clientele .

The resort is really nice. The customer service is amazing. I read previous reviews before I went and they were wrong. From the workers at the front, restaurants, and waiters everyone is amazing.
I had a ocean view, which was amazing. The rooms are modern and nice but too many ANTS. I had so many ants in my room.
The beach and pool is clean and nice clear and calm water.
Food is mediocre. Nothing special, I wish they had more of the native island food. Italian restaurant is the best food.
Entertainment on the restaurant is mediocre.

Overall it was good. The food and drinks were 10/10 nothing we had was bad everything was great. The service however is a bit slow. Takes a while for everything but once it arrives its fresh/hot. Check in staff / process was also very good. We did not like the room we had and they took care of it the following day. All in all good hotel, not super luxurious if that's what you're looking for but way above average.
