My husband and I traveled for a family gathering. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and we enjoyed our stay. This is will be our 2nd time staying at the Madisonville Holiday Inn.

My husband and I were in town for the Perry Stone conference at Covenant Community Church and while this hotel was not as close as some of the others, it was definitely cleaner and worth the extra money. Staff was very friendly, check in and out was smooth, our King suite was very well cleaned and comfortable with plenty of towels and wash cloths. The breakfast was good. I have a food allergy with red meat and pork and still had plenty of other options to choose from. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Madisonville again.

Holiday Inn is so nice!
The room was very clean. The breakfast area was excellent with bacon, sausage, omelets, biscuits and gravy. The staff was overwhelmingly polite. It was a quiet place to stay and we will definitely stay there again!

Staff from the front desk is as not as accommodating as other Holiday Inns I have been in. The lady from checkin charged me $25 and told me it will be returned at check out. Still waiting for that $25. Then, the lady from checkout told me they will send a receipt in the email, I haven’t received any.

The staff was super welcoming. The property was clean. All of the staff address you and asked if you needed anything. The costa coffee machine was so good.
