A great hotel within close proximity to almost everything. Walkable to dinner, ice cream and theater. I have stayed here several times and its always great.

GM not willing to refund: unforeseen cancellation
I booked with Staybridges because it appeared to be a nice facility. I needed to cancel the reservation due to a personal situation that came up. I missed the cancellation window by an hour. The hotel was unwilling to be flexible due to my unforeseen situation. Very disappointing given the cost of this hotel. I understand I missed the cut off and I also would expect a business to offer an accommodation to maintain future business. I guess that is there prerogative.

The parking doesnt seem to be enough for the property. Id prefer to park in the actual lot and not next door.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable. All other aspects were good. Bathroom was nice, everything was clean and the lamps all had built in USB ports, which is very convenient

The hotel was nice clean comfortable except my mother is 4 foot 10 and she could not get into the bed. I had to help her in and out of bed the entire time.
