Not sure why this hotel was rated so high, maybe for certain clientele it has a nice hourly rate. The hotel wreaked of strong chemical cleaning fumes, fabuloso maybe? We had to keep the windows open frequently, there was no extra towels upon request, when I went to the front desk to get just one wash cloth, she handed me some random mismatched colored washcloth, Even though the room was a double, there's only enough washcloths for one person. The kitchenette did not have sufficient kitchenware for meals or cooking, so getting this hotel for the kitchenette was pointless. It's better to stay at extended stay or a sonesta hotel.

I had a 2 night stay, the first night was great but Saturday night brought loud music from the club nearby that rattled the windows until midnight. I was also upset that there was a $100 deposit for the key that wont be returned for 5 to 10 business days.

I was severely mislead by the reviews on this property. The parking is on either side of the building which is right next to private homes in a not so great area. I had to walk down the side street and down the sidewalk in order to get to the front desk.
Desk staff were dressed in just street clothes. She read my room number out loud!
My room was tucked in the corner of the first floor so I thought that was promising.
Room seemed clean but very musty. Kitchenette area was splattered with food of some sort and there was little bugs inside the mini fridge.
I didn’t stay long enough to look at the restroom because I went into panic upon opening my room curtains to see a house right outside the window and someone working on a car in their driveway. I could touch the resident if the windows opened !
This made me feel very very uneasy overall as a solo female traveler. I immediately made the decision to find somewhere else to stay because I felt as if I couldn’t even leave my room ! (And I’ve traveled solo plenty of times )
So don’t let the good reviews mislead you. Cheaper isn’t always better. Spend the extra to stay a few miles up the road in a safer,better area.
I wish I had taken photos to prove my concerns even though I left the property within an hour of checking in.

The property has a hidden check in fee of $90. The don't take American Express. They tried to charge my bank card four times with suspicious charges, which were denied. I saw two water bugs running from under the bed. Bed sheets seemed unwashed and dingy. Homeless people walking into the property at all times because the security gates were broken.
