The dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Dirty bathroom, dirty blankets, stained floors. Gross.

Great breakfast place right next-door and fantastic location close to the lake.
When we checked in, there was two dogs barking in the room next-door. Staff moved us to a different room with no problem.
When we got to the new room, the smoke alarm was beeping and for some reason the alarm went off at 4 AM in the morning and then again at six. Despite this, I’d probably stay here again due to price and proximity to lake

Property photos and description weren't representative of my visit. The facility was old, sidewalks in poor condition, room condition ok, but small bath with small shower. Staff needs customer service training. They only provide a room. House keeping or any service had to be requested.

Extremely dirty and disgusting. Looked at 3 rooms because we were told we could not receive a refund. One room had disgusting bathtub. Another the lights didn’t even work and another the floor was gross. 0/10.

I apologize in advance since I don’t really like leaving negative feedback but this hotel needs a lot of cleaning and updating. I honestly didn’t expect a lot when I booked my room here, only because I did look at the reviews before I made my reservation. I was still disappointed, though. It was worse than what I expected. The room was so outdated and felt dirty. The location is pretty good but I would rather have a clean and comfortable room when on vacation. Good thing we only needed to stay there for one night because we had another reservation at another hotel for the rest of our stay in Lake Tahoe.

When we arrived, the property had trash in the parking lot and there was a van with a windows busted out. Then when I went to check in no one was at the front desk just a paper that said call number for assistance. Then when we went in to the room there was signs that there was a lot of sheet rock repairs within the room and the bathroom, it was never painted. The shower head was spraying out from the side, and the toilet seat was dirty. Also the microwave that was in the room was burnt and rusted. And the window was falling off the frame. But the beds were very nice

We wanted a non smoking room but it was pretty obvious people had smoked before us with yellow stained walls and a cigarette burn in the blankets. Plumbing barely worked and the mattress felt like it had been in the room since the 60’s. The sink barely produced water and the toilet was clogged as well. It looks like this hotel mainly gets its business from the bar across the street.
