环境：酒店内泳池很干净，有不限次数的沙滩毛巾，出入沙滩的后门有冲洗设施。
服务很热情，有中文，寄存行李也很方便
酒店的优缺点都很明显。
优点：1.地理位置方便，对面就是711，马杀鸡和餐厅步行就可以，选择很多。从后门过去卡塔海滩三分钟。2.卫生尚可。3.早餐品种丰富。4.服务人员态度都挺好的。
缺点：1.卫生间洗漱盆的水龙头位置安装靠后，水全部都溢出来了。卫生间无插头，没法使用吹风。
2.我们房间未临街，但是晚上依然很吵。3.确实有一条市政排水沟穿过整个酒店。4.房间面积小，打开箱子后空间有限。
如果带孩子玩一定要避雷这家店 酒店泳池和游乐设施小就不说了 还有条大臭水沟横穿酒店里面 房间很小 我们怕吵特意定的朝向花园的房间 结果房间内有暗门 隔壁晚上说话打闹听得清清楚楚 一晚上没休息好 排水管就在头顶上方 楼上用水也听的清清楚楚 这个标准就是国内300的酒店都比这强 唯一的好就是酒店前台的态度还不错

前台小姐姐服务很好，耐心热心，房间卫生服务也很细致，比那个附近的2幅面孔的翡翠酒店好很多。有1，2个会简单中文的小姐姐。房间虽然不大，但是有家庭房，一家3-4口人很好住，早饭丰富，每天都会有小变化。有几个不同大小泳池，完全够孩子玩，门口很热闹，很多超市饭店，就在卡伦 卡塔中间，到海滩稍微走几步。
酒店在卡塔海滩，地理位置真的很好，酒店对面就有711，旁边就是夜市，后面出去5分钟就走到海滩，住了5个晚上，房间整体不大，我就和女儿俩人，也足够舒适，酒店早餐丰盛，三个游泳池，女儿玩的不肯走，想念！
酒店很干净，房间不大，但三个人住也还行，而且听说有小朋友免费给加了小床，酒店地段很不错，后门3.4分钟到海滩，后门出去第二家饭店蛮好吃的，两个泳池，够小朋友玩，对面就是711，夜市很方便
我们一家四口提前两周通过携程预订了两间豪华房（要求联通房或相邻房间）结果到店后发现：
1. 房间安排敷衍：最初给的两间房竟在同一楼层两端（一头一尾），经携程协调后才勉强换到中间，但两间均临街，整夜摩托车轰鸣、酒吧音乐吵得很，差不多凌晨1.2点才能入睡！
2. 卫生状况恶劣：
- 床单上有明显血渍，严重怀疑未更换床品！
-第一晚睡后2409房间浑身发痒，儿子被咬得满腿包，第二天要求更换床品后依然瘙痒难忍！
- 最终只能四人挤一间房（另一间床品相对干净），完全丧失度假体验！
个人经历供大家参考，卫生堪忧的酒店，亲子家庭谨慎选择！
很棒的酒店。
每天都有客房清洁服务。
卡塔海滩和卡伦海滩都在步行范围内。
步行到卡塔诺伊海滩大约需要40分钟。
酒店对面就是市场，附近还有很多咖啡馆。
位置很好，街对面就是卡塔夜市。门口吃的很方便，泳池有两个，小朋友都可以玩耍。后门出去，左边海边，右边上坡悬崖餐厅。走路十五分钟就可以到。早餐吃得很少，基本都是印度菜，面包
酒店前台有一个胖胖的男生👨会中文，人也很好。酒店就跟如家差不多，快捷酒店的感觉。还算干净，比较新。这次定了豪华房和日落房，其实房间都一样，就是窗户朝向不一样，没啥区别。
