Did not even stay here!! They had not TV or internet service not to mention it was the sketchiest place on earth we refused to stay. We were told we could get a refund to just call ********** com (who we booked it through) and they would give us a refund. Contacted them and they have to call Quality Inn to verify and there are no working numbers.

Do not be fooled but the freshly refinished main entrance. The rooms are run down, smell of musty, have no working Tv or internet, the toilet did not work correctly, the shower rail was something to be desired, mirror and picture in the room where broken. The bed dipped badly in the middle and there was huge roaches. The breakfast included- was a few muffins that honestly I wouldn’t touch and cereal that was being stockpiled but local vagrants. The night desk staff has no hospitality and the early morning desk staff hid out of site to avoid questions This is not worth a 2 star rating nor is it worth the money!

T.V. did not work. Room was dirty. Roaches roaming the room!!! Breakfast did not even had bread. No waffles. Orange juice warm, no ice Could not find room service personnel. Customer service was the worst I would never set foot on that property again.

Although I have stayed in worse places, this hotel room was dirty. The Miss at the reception desk was very nice. Roaches in room. Room 745 btw. Loud music playing at all hours of the night. And I was awoken to the sound of breaking glass at 5 in the morning. I looked outside to see if my car was being broken into. Thankfully it wasn't.

The young.lady at front desk was so rude, we had to ask the homeless to please move off the stairs so we could get to our room. The card key did not work, I called the desk from my mobile she refused to send help, I made the trip to the front desk 3 times, thru the people on the stairs and the key never would work, after the last time she sent maintenance to let us in but our keyboard never worked. There is no security at this hotel and homeless people everywhere. The breakfast went eatable although they only had corn flakes, fruit loops & 2 filthy waffle irons that were crusted over, never cleaned. We went to McDonald's for coffee and a biscuit. I did call Choice hotels and complained , received a complaint #, 5 days later still haven't heard from the manager. Don't stay here!!

Room was very cold and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Big thanks to both Ashley Jericka at the front desk. They are hard workers and I can tell they enjoy their jobs. If I decide to come back to baton rouge, I would stay here again

Okay here we go let's start with The smell... The first room they put us in, room 826, smelled like *********, and roaches were everywhere.. I asked for a non smoking room to begin with and that's where they put us.... So they gave us a different room, room # 744... As soon as we turn on the lights roaches were everywhere again... We immediately went back to the office. The third room they gave us was not much better. Room 709... Roaches yet again, light switches not working. Toilet constantly running...It was so late and we were very tired ....We put our belongings up on a chair elevated off the floor so bugs would not get into our stuff.... I immediately inspected the beds.. There were no bed bugs and the sheets were clean thank goodness.. However there is gaps between the doors to let bugs in so again, they have a serious issue with bug infestation. The breakfast in the morning that they offer consisted of sugary waffles a few packets of oatmeal and some bruised up fruit... I highly recommend NOT staying here.... As a matter of fact there's a Holiday Inn right next door that is probably much better.... I absolutely will never stay here again when passing through this area.... If I could give it a zero rating I would give it a zero rating.... I told the front service person about all of the issues the next day and they did not seem to care at all.... So again run away from this place.... All of these pictures are from all three rooms... So yeah every single room is infested with bugs ! SO VERY BAD 👎
我预订了房间，但到了酒店发现没有无线网络也没有有线电视。招牌上写着可以取消预订并获得退款，但我至今还没收到。然后当我查看账户时，显示我好像已经住过了。我希望退款，我不得不预订另一个房间，花更多的钱。
Why can’t I get my refund it clearly says here but on app no refund upon cancellation who is gonna fix this…
