环境:酒店有私人沙滩,环境很不错,但沙子不是特别细腻。
设施:主打亲子酒店,有很多儿童可玩儿的地方。连泳池也变成了儿童水上乐园,几乎看不到成年人游泳。芭提雅的五星酒店都好主打的亲子….
服务:入住时的前台小妹人很好,nice!但餐厅的服务员简直一言难尽,喊你自己拿着那么重的菜单去沙滩上找位置坐,也不引路。我第一次在酒店里遇到这么傲娇的服务员。幸好餐食味道不错。说好的每天下午的免费冰淇淋也完全不知道去哪儿领!!服务有待加强。
酒店沙滩🏖️看落日超美,是一家很适合亲子的酒店,人员也不会太嘈杂,楼下的餐厅味道也很不错,夜晚酒吧点上一杯跟朋友聊聊天很放松
酒店很干净,员工服务非常好,风景和氛围都很美。早餐选择多样。唯一美中不足的是办理入住等待时间有点久。通常下午3点入住,我们下午5点就到了,但工作人员让我们等打扫房间的清洁工,因为入住的客人很多,这点我能理解。不过我们确实等了很久,直到晚上6点半才拿到房间。但员工的服务态度很好,总的来说还是很不错的。有机会我一定会再来的。
首先酒店设施挺齐全 配有私人海滩和游泳池,房间面朝大海视野不错,酒店周围并不是很方便,距离最近的711也需要步行个十来分钟左右。安排的房间能和旁边一个房间相连 用两扇门隔开
太棒了!位置便利,就在高速公路出口附近,往返BKK机场只需要90分钟。每周五到周日,海滩边还有烟火表演,非常惊艳!员工很友好,景色美不胜收,还有一个超大的泳池。强烈推荐!
入住时早已提前付费,离店时莫名在用来交deposit的信用卡里又扣除我的信用卡房费,从未授权酒店使用我的信用卡收取房费!还若不是我发现重复收费,讲损失一大笔根本不是我的费用!
此外九酒店还拒绝承担我的汇率和通讯损失,星级酒店的服务真的是烂到加家了。永远不会再来住movenpick
这是我第一次预订这家酒店,印象非常深刻。我提前告知旅行社和酒店,我们是为了庆祝结婚纪念日。当我们抵达时,尽管是长周末,客人很多,但酒店还是在房间里准备了一束鲜花和一个小蛋糕来欢迎我们。
我们选择的是高级海景房,可以使用行政酒廊,在三楼办理入住和退房手续非常迅速。最重要的是,酒店安排的每一个活动时间段都让我们吃得非常满足和美味。所有部门的员工都非常可爱。
酒店还不错,泳池很棒,酒店里有餐厅,房间虽然有点老旧,但也挺好的。早餐种类多样,步行可达7/11便利店,酒店内就有海滩。提个小建议:周末的时候能不能加开一个早餐区,不然排队吃早餐可不太像这种级别酒店应有的样子。
房间很大,虽然有点旧,但设施一应俱全。我很喜欢房间里有熨衣板和熨斗。景色很美,空调也很冷。酒店很漂亮,入住和退房都很快。游泳池、儿童俱乐部和游乐场都很棒。现场音乐很好听,等电梯的时间也不长。早餐餐厅管理得很好。我给酒店留了张纸条,让他们修理吹风机,它可能坏了,开关和调节档位都很困难。灯具的灯泡快要坏了,而且客房服务没有给我们补充洗手液,可能她们只负责整理房间。
孩子们特别喜欢这里!泳池很大,会所也很棒!😍😍😍 强烈推荐!
