We booked the suite and it was so nice and spacious! I love how the bedroom had its own door very nice touch. Birdie’s breakfast buffet is a must try! And the La Reserve Whiskey Lounge is the perfect spot for a nightcap. Truly enjoyed our stay and we look forward to visiting again one day.

Everyone was so accommodating. Very busy at this time of year with the week of Thanksgiving so I appreciated people who waited on me with patients.

Nice hotel for business travel. But it is a large business/hotel district. It is highly car dependent. You don’t have much dinning choice in walking distance besides hotel restaurants. I understand business hotel in downtown usually encourage your to spend more money within hotel. But they even don’t have refrigerator .

The room was in decent condition however, there was no microwave, the pillows felt worn out, as well as the couch. There was also a wired smell in the hallways. The staff was great and helpful and I will consider revisiting. Thanks, Omni team.

我提到是我的结婚纪念日，他们说会为我的房间准备一些特别的东西，但最终并没有。房间里有一股难闻的气味，像个仓库；明明我租的是套房，却只有一面镜子，而且还在浴室里。
房间很古老，里面有旧管道，地上铺着旧地毯。
我们等了15分钟才吃到早餐。
房间和设施干净实用。员工友好且训练有素。
服务好，酒店干净舒适。
