The room is kinda OK but the carpet is little Dotty and the doors kinda someone trying to break in the staff was kind of rude

The hotel was nice and my room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok...iv had much better there before. Loved the coffee, the juice was nasty and the sausage links looked raw but the bagel was ok.

Our room was very clean and in good condition. Breakfast was a big surprise - food was hot, and very good - scrambled eggs, crunchy bacon, and biscuits. P.S. Have a warm cinnamon roll - PERFECT

Outside door to hotel was broke. Swimming pool entrance not safe. Air didn’t work well.
Breakfast? Well muffin, dry. Pancakes were rubbery. Language barrier.
Shower was very nice. Bed was comfortable.

Room was clean.Bed comfy.A/C worked well.Thermostat is digital so you need to know how to set the temp and change to heat if needed.
Only problem I had were the RUDE guest coming in at 9p to midnite slamming doors yelling and cranking the volume up on their tv.No reflection on the hotel but people are rude and think they are the only ones there.Oh the walls are thin so you hear almost every noise.

Great place
I was in the area shopping for a new home for myself and Gary who runs the Holiday inn Express there was extremely helpful so nice and gave me a lot of help in the areas I was looking at and things to look for I will stay there again

We were checked into a dirty room. The staff would not comp some of our charges. They gave us another room but it smelled horrendous. Would not recommend. Rather stay on I-30.
