This stay was perfect. The room was spotless and set up very nice. The staff was incredible i forgot his name but the man at the front desk that checked us in was excellent, some of the best customer service ive ever had. We had a little bit of wait when trying to check in but the guy at front desk was very courteous about it and upgraded us. Excellent room care, Excellent staff everything about the stay was perfect and i will definitely be recommending this hotel to people looking for a place to stay in the area. Thank you very much for an excellent stay at Magnolia!

Overall, the staff were great, friendly, approachable. Room service however ******. Ordered breakfast and waited 36 hours for the tray to get picked up. I requested room service and they replaced the towels but left the cups and plates right where I left them. Then due to a snowstorm, there was no housekeeping available and I was stuck with dirty dishes and napkins for the rest of my stay.

The lobby was decorated nicely for the holidays. Staff was very pleasant from front desk to room service.
Parking is expensive
Rooms are clean but mediocre in design and amenities
No in room microwave
TVs are too small given the distance from the bed
Coffeemakers are not eco friendly/plastic pod based
Ice machines are only on certain floors
No exhaust fan in the bathroom
Overall the room design was bland and boring
Being downtown does allow one to walk many places so that’s a perk

Extremely welcoming and engaging staff made check in so positive. Room was clean and lovely except for a heating issue, which staff politely addressed but the heating never really warmed up beyond 65 degrees.

Our stay was amazing here, we didn't have breakfast unfortunately but we wished breakfast was complimentary like aome of the other hotels but

酒店环境不错，商务出差客户说这家酒店建筑有近百年历史 周边环境比较安全。希尔顿旗下酒店，服务态度还不错。配套设施不行: 酒店不提供洗漱用品，拖鞋也没有；早餐包含在房费里，其实也只能在众多菜单里选其中一份；临走带杯咖啡，还要额外收费，也没提前告知
整体感觉，这个价格不如国内同档次酒店
学术会议在美洲中心举行，酒店离那里很近，非常方便。设施不算太好，建筑有点老旧，所以有些味道。除此之外，一切都挺好的。
