Very nice hotel close to everything. The staff is nice and friendly, the bar was nice and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Great stay!
Amazing stay, rooms were clean and tidy, shower was nice and beds were comfy. Staff was also amazing they had recommendations on places to eat nearby and downstairs had a nice bar and lounge.

Okay
Expected a little more for the cost. Fridge didn’t work, leaky faucet in bathroom, and a malfunctioning tv. Asked for a small upgrade for a birthday trip and was dismissed.
Regardless, if you are staying there and going to a baseball game, the proximity makes it worth it.

住过服务最差的威斯汀品牌酒店，没有之一。居然扣费两次房费，房间里没有挂衣服的衣橱，订了两天含早房间，只给了一天早餐……
职员服务态度很差。我们check out后，从行用卡里收了我们两笔金额，没有给到帐单明细不说，打电话去问，说要查了再回复我们，过了三四天，没人回复。好不容易找到人，告诉我们其中一笔是餐厅的费用。我说我们根本没去餐厅，竟然叫我们自己跟餐厅经理说。费用是Westin 收的，餐厅是Westin的，有问题叫我自己和他们的餐厅经理谈，简直闪避责任、不可理喻。
另外，饭店设备非常老旧。
保险箱里的*****
一开始一切都很顺利。工作人员很棒。我们到房间后，我注意到保险箱里有个奇怪的东西。看起来像是咀嚼维生素，但谷歌搜索后发现是*****。我通知了前台，保安上去取了它。这让我开始关注房间的清洁度。我注意到所有桌子上都有饮料环，所以我觉得房间可能没有彻底打扫干净，尤其是没有人注意到保险箱里的*****。我在前台要了额外的枕头和毯子。我也在应用程序上申请了。我知道他们很忙，估计迟早会到。我们去参加了活动，大约11:30回到酒店。仍然没有枕头和毯子。我们再次询问前台，他们说5分钟后。我们终于在午夜后收到了。前台和保安人员都很棒，但我认为他们太忙了，人手也太少了。我简直不敢相信房间里会有*****。如果房间里有孩子先看到怎么办？这次住宿有太多问题，不推荐给其他人。
