The room was a gem. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Kitchen prepared a great breakfast bar selection. Unfortunately there was a shortage of servers during our stay and the restaurant was not open, but we ate at nearby restaurants as needed.

定了3天，进去房间一股臭味，但是喝酒了就睡了，第二天想换房间不让换，派人来说是我们带的中国食物臭，特别是大堂经理一个东南亚的女的，态度极差，直接换酒店剩下的两天都不住了，避坑
房间基本干净。标准间的床很糟糕。工作人员一如既往地好。在那里大部分时间都感觉很安全。我房间对面有几个十几岁的青少年，他们下班后很吵，不过我还是接受了。
因为我们是通过 ******** 预订的，所以工作人员给我们找了个很难堪的借口。他们没有我们预订的房间，却把责任推到 ******* 预订的头上。我们最终入住了房间，但房间并不干净。我们不得不搬了三次才换到干净的房间。我们最终住进了预订的房间，但是等了超过 24 小时，我们才向 ******* 提交了投诉，然后才拿到预订的房间。退房时，我们要求提供杂费收据，却被告知因为我们是通过 ******* 预订的，所以不能提供收据。我们讨论了几分钟，说需要收据来查询房费，他们才终于给了我们。此外，酒店整体人手短缺，导致服务延误，而且整体上不干净，维护得也不好。
我订的是两张大床……结果到房间的时候，发现是一张特大床，还带一张折叠沙发，简直恶心到不行。
房间里也没有折叠沙发用的枕头、床单和毯子。我们问了他们，他们只有枕头和床单，所以我们晚上11点就跑到Meijer去买毯子睡觉。
工作人员似乎根本不在乎我们的体验，也没人帮我们解决问题。我们完全是“事已至此，无所谓了”的那种互动。

我在这家酒店住了好久，体验从未有过不好。这里非常干净整洁，服务热情友好。前台接待员 Greg 非常专业。
服务还不错。每个人看起来都很忙，所以也就这样了。房间很干净，但泳池维护得确实可以更好。总的来说，还算不错。
