We liked the location, the manager was responsive and changed our room after we weren't happy with the WIFI connection, though it didn't help much. We also received free breakfast for 2 mornings which helped us a bit with our experience. we hae a free parking place though no lights in the parking lot!
We didn't like that this property didn't have a good Wi-Fi connection and the kids always complained. though one of the rooms was a safe room. \
the rooms were not clean. and the kitchen was very dirty and we needed to clean it by our self because the cleaners were always in a different building and busy.... you better spend your money in a different place.

Great location with convenient parking and exceptionally friendly staff. Overall a pleasant stay, though the cleanliness of the towels could be improved.
缺点：卧室没有空调，只有小厨房/客厅区域有。这真是个意外，因为酒店声称提供空调——至少，这很误导人。我问了这个问题，酒店的回复是“把房间之间的门开着”（我们照做了，但没用）。我们入住期间恰逢热浪，房间里特别热。优点：位置优越，房间干净，员工友好，入住和退房极其便捷（直接拿钥匙就行），安息日政策良好（安息日结束后可以退房）。
当我们到达时，公寓很冷，除了主房间的通用单元外，卧室里还有小型辅助暖气。
步行的完美位置，靠近餐厅。

这是我第三次入住拉斐尔公寓。小型单卧公寓。停车方便，员工友好热情，配备小厨房，商务出行便利。社区环境优美，公共交通便利。一定会再次入住！
