Stay was good, location is excellent although its not walking distant to nearest beach. Service can be improved upon especially after hours, struggled to get ahold of owner / statf to assist. The B&B has a lovely pool and is ideal for families with small children. The self catering facilities were great

I had a good night sleep at Addis with my family. The room was clean and spacious, my kids had their own separate room. Breakfast was delicious.

Stay away from this place. I booked with them and cancelled 4 months in advance. Even though I qualified for a full refund they took 3 months to get back to me only to ask me for my credit card details which for Security reasons cannot be given by phone. STAY AWAY - DONT GET DEFRAUDED.

If you could improve on your geyser system ,if next door is taking a shower ,there is loud noise coming from there ,mostly my sleep was interrupted, also the headboards are old they need some changes.

The property exceeded my expectations. the room was big nice and clean. i love your bathroom set up. The staff was friendly through out our stay. I'm happy i chose Addis and I'm definitely coming back
