Fantastic location by the beach for a quick one night stay but it is very musty and just not that nice inside the rooms. But the beach and Salty Restaurant made it worth it.

Very old. Needs updating. Front desk person was not friendly. Told them about AC at checkout acted like they didn't care. Won't be back.

The room upon first entrance was very clean but it had a moldy scent. So I bought air fresheners and placed throughout the room and that made it good for my stay. I wasn't able to have my morning coffee because the coffee maker was old and I didnt see how it was possible to make coffee without a pot. The staff was all friendly except for the one person that I am going to assume was the manager. She didn't speak after I said hello several times. She looked at me but never spoke back. But she had no problem reminding me of my checkout day and time, and qiute sternly. I am giving good and honest reviews about the Ocean Breeze Inn, especially with the ocean being as close as it was, just a short walk away, but I would choose the big name hotel next time.

There were German Cockroaches in my room. Other than that for the price on the beach was good but they’ll need to get the bug issue under control.

The lady at the front desk was rude and not just to us but everyone and the rooms were stinky like musty old .coffee machines could use a makeover the pool was nice but only two lounge chairs

Handle to the toilet broken, entire place smelled like cigarettes or trying ti civer uo cigarettes, bed was extremely uncomfortable , towels were small and worn

The OBI was perfect location and price for my friend and I who had come to see the Sierra Ferrell concert at the St. Augustine Amphitheater. The room had everything we needed, a comfortable bed, and check in/out was easy. We Ubered to the show for only $10, and walked back after through the adjacent park and beach. Would definitely stay here again. Great value.

这是一家典型的美式汽车旅馆，就像电影里常见的那种：办理入住手续时车子直接开到门口，房间门一开就是室外。
这家酒店很不错，只是我预订的时候以为会订到没有地毯的房间，结果他们给我安排的房间铺了地毯。我尽量避免住这种房间，因为我家宝宝会走路、爬，总是在地板上。不过除此之外，设施还不错。
