The room in Cocoa Beach was significantly better than the room in Beckley, WV. The WV room had a stain (looked like blood) on the bed cover. The breakfast was not very good and an employee was helping herself to plates of food before she went home. Cocoa Beach was much better.

Breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen. Room was not clean.

No shamooo in the container. AC leaked all over the floor. Holes in the hallway ceilings. Room # sign was gone for my room. I stay at this property every summer on my way back to Florida. Never had issues…until now. Never again.

DO NOT DISTURB!!
The hotel was dirty and the staff were rude. I had the do not disturb sign on the door and the front desk clerk started banging at 9:00 am saying that I’d already checked out. I clearly hadn’t and still had both room keys in my possession. Annoyed, I tried to back to sleep but the housekeeper started banging on my door at 10 am and I still had the do not disturb sign up. The front desk clerk claimed to be the manager and would not give me contact information for me to complain to her supervisor.
Everything about this place was so awful that I refuse to patronize any Quality Inns ever again.

Stay was fine. Bridge was broken, frozen and leaking. We couldn’t be moved but they laid down towels. Breakfast could use better quality juice.

While traveling to South Carolina I booked a stay at Quality Inn. This establishments was clean and the staff was friendly. Quality Inn will be my hotel to stay at every time I visit.

Good Breakfast Back door by woods would not lock if it did you couldnt get out.
