I tried it out and was very nervous because I paid a very reasonable price. All things being equal disregarding seeing a baby Pitt bull come out of a room into the elevator and persons smoking outside with a wife beater and it reminds me of a casting call for Good Times. If we base it on the room alone and actually good TV options the was one of the best values ever had in a hotel. If you are looking for a nice room and plan to rest this place will not disappoint.

Pictures from management are old and this place looks NOTHING like them! "Safety"- From the moment we entered the parking lot, we knew something was off. There is a guard at the gate, that isn't guarding anything. Guest are roaming up and down the hallway as if they own the hotel, and I felt threatened by them. I have never experienced living in the projects, but I imagine I got a taste of it by having to stay here, and unless that is your type of environment then DO NOT stay here! "Cleanliness"- The towels were dirty and so was the bathroom. I had to use shower shoes to take a shower because the shower was moldy and the handle was broken. The phone did not work when I tried to call the lobby for clean towels. When I called using my phone, they didn't have anyone available to take them to the room and I had to go back down to the lobby where, once again, guests were roaming up and down as if they were patrolling the area...and not in a safe manner. The cleanliness of the hotel was pretty much inexistent, and everywhere you looked something was falling apart. "The Breakfast"- This consisted of a continental style breakfast, but the food serving area was so dirty, I wouldn't dare touch any of it! The microwave looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks with baked on food all over it. This place was seriously disappointing and needs to be torn down!

I checked in very late after a major flight delay, exhausted and mildly frustrated from having to wait 30 minutes for an Uber (only chose this hotel because it's relatively close to the airport). I walked into a freezing cold room that didn't smell pleasant. It was slightly clean, and although I always bring my own pillow cases, I was so glad I also brought a sheet. Also, thankfully I had taken a hot shower just before my flight because the water only got lukewarm and I let it run for 10 minutes. I'm still waiting for the hot water and it's now 9:00 a.m. so maybe it will get hot before I check out? I'm glad this is just one night because I was too exhausted to request a different room. But to be honest I don't imagine any of them to be much better. You really do get what you pay for but I do expect at least the basics to be in order. If you literally just need a place to lay your head, this is the place, but bring your own cleaning supplies and hot water tank.

Hotel was not clean. Carpets in hallways and elevator were dirty and stained. Due to nonrefundable stay, we only stayed one night then moved to a nicer place. Hampton inn was much better choice. When we went to leave, a maintenance worker was painting the outside of building and splashed paint allover my vehicle. I advised the manager of the issue, and his only response was "I am very sorry and I will speak to the worker ". Did not offer to try clean the paint off my vehicle or anything. Terrible hotel and staff.
