Staff was nice. Historic building. No elevators! So of you've got heavy luggage,be prepared to lift up the steps. Nice and spacious with lots of space, but walls are thin. You hear folks walking by. It's the French Quarter you are going to have some faults.

The location was great as it was within walking distance to everything you could want in the French quarter. The bed in the room was comfy but that’s honestly the only good thing about it. The walls were paper thin and every time someone opened the door into the hallway it was so loud and woke me up, the bathroom tiles were chipped and dingy, bathtub was dirty with chipped grout and when I told the front desk I didn’t need housekeeping, there they were at 8am knocking very loudly on my door and waking me upasking if I needed housekeeping. Not worth the money.

If you have room 26, request a different room. Right next to a very noisy hallway door and staircase, you WILL hear people every single they come in or out.
Staff was friendly, room was relatively clean, bed was relatively comfortable but not anything to write home about.
Location is amazing! Would stay here again, just not in room 26.

The staff were amazing. It was difficult to find check in parking, all check in spots were full but no one was checking in. Loved the room and location. Only thing different that would have made it better would have been a mini refrigerator in room. I can’t say enough about the staff… one of the best hotel staff’s I’ve had in the French quarters.

Overall a NOLA unique place to stay. No elevators so if you're on an upper floor you take the crooked stairs with your luggage. Parking is convenient but very expensive. Very small bathrooms and overall it's got a few things going for it but will not return.

The room was spotless. Tina and Perry were both amazing! We were from out of town and drove in. Due to construction in the Quarter, there were many streets blicked off. We were having difficulty finding the parking lot. Tina walked outside and directed us to the lot. She also provided us with info on places to eat. And Perry assisted us with obtaining a taxi and updating us with cab number and arrival. They were both so pleasant and helpful. Above and beyond with smiles on their faces!💕

Near where we wanted to be on bourbon st. Had private parking available. Room was clean. Old school charm. I would definitely stay here again.
