The breakfast dining area was dirty, floors were filthy. Staff was not helpful or friendly. The bathrooms in the rooms need updating to say the least. The outside has not been kept up at all, trash all over, things broke laying around, grass very long, weeds everywhere. Rooms were dusty, no clocks in the rooms, pool area very unkempt, the tiki hut by the pool was falling apart, boards off the outside walls, cords hanging down from the TV in the hut. I was disgusted.

The staff tried their best, but they had so little to work with. WARNING: The exterior doors do NOT lock; the entire inside is open to the surrounding slum neighborhood. The hallways stink of (what seems like) 1970’s lingering stale cigarette smoke… 4 of 5 luggage carts have flat tires making them useless; the one good one had 1 of 4 vertical structure bars broken off entirely… NO POOL - CLOSED PERMANENTLY… far less of breakfast than previous years… room cards fail every-other-day… neighborhood is terrifying slums; security fences broken through for neighborhood access; many sketchy people wandering the hotel parking lot… entire hotel is falling apart & needs to be leveled… we’ve been coming here annually for 5 wonderful years, but this year was a horrible & dramatic decline in all areas of quality & local neighborhood. The great staff look spent & exhausted, given no ownership support & dilapidated facility (probably understaffed too), and one said they never know if they’ll come to work tomorrow to an out of business facility. Very sad, but I simply don’t feel safe staying here.

Blood and hair on the bathroom floor what looked like blood on the sheets the smell of **** up and down the hallway?Dogs barking, music blaring, no hot water the list goes on. It was the Worst stay I’ve ever experienced.

No locks on ground floor windows. Doors do not securly lock. Alcohol and pot smell in room. Broken toliet seat in hall.. Various intoxicated folks in halls. Listed manager on duty not accessable. We checked in and 5 minutes later checked out. Not safe for families .How Wyndham has it in their approved properties is odd.How it has a 3.5 review is amazing....but it could be they got good reviews years ago to help the average.

Hotel Ramada north I really enjoy my stay all services so good I especially thanks to Mr goldy Sharma he was clean my room and so kind and helpful person I definitely come again whit my family .thanks mr goldy for your services best of luck for your future

Okay, I made a reservation for this hotel in FEBURARY of this year! The reservation was for an accessible room. I get to the hotel, and they did not have any ACCESIBLE ROOMS!!!!!!!! I HAD A RESERVATION THAT I MADE IN FEBUARY!!!! I guess they staff is not TRAINED to look at reservations. They lady at the front desk, was somewhat apologetic and had a king room available and took me to see if it would be acceptable for our needs. That was a big NO! A wheelchair could never get through those doors! She told me I could cancel without any penalties. I did. I could have spit nails I was so mad! I HAD A RESERVATION!!!!!! So, there I was in Lexington without a place to stay! Poor customer service! I normally stay at Wyndam properties, and I am a rewards member, but after this experience I don't want to stay at another Wyndam hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I stay at hotels on a regualr basis for my job. I really just need a place to sleep for a few hours before I go on to the city. This time i was excited to bring my family along for a business trip, and my girls were thrilled to be going to horse country and stay in a hotel with a pool. This place advertised TWO pools, once we got there, both were out of order. The place is disgusting, bath tub doesn't drain. bugs on the walls. place smells really really musty. Will not ever stay here again.

非常糟糕的体验。酒店维护得非常糟糕。脏乱不堪。早餐糟糕透了。接待人员态度冷漠，没有提供有效的解决方案。酒店维护得非常糟糕。破旧、昏暗，一切都显得陈旧过时。
