入住体验超预期!房间干净无异味,床品柔软亲肤,一夜睡得很沉。前台服务热情,不仅帮升级了高楼层观景房,还贴心告知周边美食动线。地理位置也绝,楼下就是便利店。最惊喜的是晨起的现磨咖啡,口感醇厚。下次来这座城市,一定还选这里!
住了11晚,简直完美!地理位置非常好,离MOI和Kelapa Gading购物中心都很近。工作人员非常乐于助人,也很友好。我晚餐总是点客房服务,食物很美味,价格也不贵。早餐还可以。下次我肯定还会再住这家酒店!
服务很好,很友好,快到退房时间了也不会催促,比如前台不会打电话来催。
缺点是门卡只给了一张,如果家里有人在房间里,我们出门的话会有点不方便。
有些房间带阳台,很适合吸烟者。
虽然入住时由于房间有烟味(我订的是无烟房)体验不太好,但前台员工非常棒,他们帮我换到了一个好很多的无烟房。
唯一的问题是房间太吵了,因为它就在电梯旁边,而且那种噪音可能是24小时不间断的。
房间设施陈旧床单有破洞,卫生也不好,滑动门底部很久没清理的样子。
食物很美味,酒店的舒适度和清洁度都很好。
没有行李员服务;浴室里没有洗手液;房间里的饮用水看起来不太对劲;自助早餐选择有限,主要面向当地印尼客人;第一晚在床上发现了一只臭虫。
太棒了!我只是想加个床,结果他们竟然主动给我免费升级成了家庭房。
酒店整体不错,早餐也挺好,还有现做的鸡蛋。至于地理位置,周围不太容易找到便利店或餐馆。马路对面虽然有麦当劳和Market City超市,但中间隔着一条河,要绕很远才能过去。如果能建一座小桥方便人们过河到对面就太好了。
卫生条件极差、隔音极差。
