What a dive! Awful food, beef pie was not edible and every mouth I had to spit out. Told staff and they just said oh right sorry about that. No offer of refund, complimentary drink or to provide an edible meal. Stains all over the hall way carpets, uninviting wooden laminate in the room, everything about this is budget and run down. Needs serious renovation.

From reception to dining to checkout the staff were friendly and helpful, I would have no hesitation to stay there again if i was in the area. I have rated this according to the level of hotel it is and not against full on luxury hotels. Compared to other hotels of the same advertised quality this place is up there with the best. Easy to find. Plenty of secure parking and easy to find. Highly recommended.

Hotel is full of immigrants and one killed a young mother who worked there. Avoid unless you want that happening to your family.

This is a migrant hotel. There was a fatal stabbing whereby one migrant killed a 27 y/o worker at the hotel. I wouldn't bother if I were you!! Shameful Radisson!!

A really good one-night stay right through from checking in to departure. Lots of free and safe car parking. Nice bar with decent food. Customer service is exemplary. Very close to motorway and Bescot Station. Highly recommended.

接待我们的那位女士非常友好，乐于助人。

由于超额预订，我们给了错的房间。一部电梯坏了。在另一部电梯里被困了将近一个小时。等我们出来的时候，大多数酒吧都关门了。酒店的酒吧工作人员根本不知道“蛇咬”是什么，也不知道倒一品脱酒需要倾斜酒杯。总的来说，体验糟透了。
