Hotel definitely shows age. Room service has to be requested which is ridiculous. Just clean the room sheesh.

We stayed at the Hotel from September 24-27, 2025. A very good experience with the hotel, very friendly staff, very varied and good breakfast. What I loved the most was its location where you have all the restaurants and fast food, gasoline pharmacy and shopping very close to the hotel!! An incredible experience if I returned to Oklahoma I would stay here again. Recommended 💯

The only thing that I didn't like, was that since I had a disabled room I was expecting a shower chair for the shower but they only had one in the other room with a roll in shower. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The hotel was good, but my room not my daughters room or anywhere else in the hotel just my room had a musty rug smell to it, and i have issues with my toilet while there. The location, the staff, the amenities in this hotel were great! I would stay here again just because of how awesome the staff and location alone!!!

Nice spot kinda in the just the right spots all the store's were close by
Room staffing need too check under the bottom shelves there was a ditty towel that's been theres for who knows it was struck too tiles lot's off dust and even found 3 pills under there also I had 2 kid's with us that didn't find them and take them breakfast was good also

Bedroom was not made. Bed had hairs on it . Pool was not clean. The person in charge at night could have been friendlier.

I stayed for 2 nights, arriving very late the first night. Staff was very kind and helpful. My room was neat and tidy. I was a little nervous about the fridge as it seemed warm when I first put some drinks in there, however when I removed them the next morning they were icy cold. While the property is obviously cleaned regularly, there's no dust or dirt or grime to speak of, it needs to be fumigated. BADLY. There are roaches everywhere, and they aren't afraid of humans. I'm not talking palmetto bugs we have in the south, these were german cockroaches of all sizes. I can tell the property is being cared for, don't get me wrong. Roaches are hard to manage, but it needs to be done. I wouldnt even consider the free breakfast because if its that bad in the rooms I can't imagine the kitchen. Why didn't I leave? It was a graduation week apparently and there wasn't a lot available, my own trip was incredibly last minute and I was stuck. The staff on site isn't to blame, but someone managing this property needs to make the investment to get rid of the roaches.

The room was in need of an upgrade. The transition from floor to carpet was worn with a carpet nail sticking up. The bathtub drain was extremely slow to drain. Other than that, the room was clean and decent. The breakfast had a good selection. Just note that if you want the in-room coffee pods and towels replaced, you must book that with the front desk.
