During my recent two-day stay at the LaQuinta Inn, I experienced several concerns that I believe are important to share for awareness and service improvement. The hotel and guest room appeared significantly dated, and there was a noticeable presence of dogs throughout the property. The television in my room did not function properly, and the front desk attendant advised that I would be better off using my phone to stream content.
Additionally, the air conditioning unit was not working effectively, causing the room to feel humid despite outside temperatures reaching 80–85 degrees. The cleanliness of the bathroom was also below standard upon arrival—there was visible hair in the tub and shower, and the countertops had not been wiped down. The overall room lacked a clean, fresh aroma, which further contributed to an uncomfortable stay.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location unless a traveler is specifically seeking a pet-friendly environment.

Dirty, fan in the bathroom was not working, cobwebs all over, walls had footprints and handprints on the walls. Bathroom molding on the floor was wet and looked like it was moldy.

Staff was exceptionally nice and communicated very well regarding our billing. The staff could not be more helpful.
Always had coffee available for those of us on working vacations it is so important.
Thank you because when you travel especially for long hours the smallest things matter.

Room was great, hot tub felt soothing and relaxing, bed was a little firm. Enjoyable stay over all.

Did not have a hot tub they didnt clean the room or bring fresh towels, gym equipment was broken

Terrible bed, was hot in tue room, even set in low, room was never cleaned, elevator was dirty and very slow, coffee was closer to water, some staff was great, others just rude. Will never stay again ir recommend.

The worst stay ever. Mold in bathroom doors chewed up.3 inch dust .pool water grey and dirt at the bottom. A roch in the pool crawling. Used the washer and dryer .ruined our new clothes.
