Nice and friendly staff , but you’re pretty much get what you pay for though . Not the cleanest or up to date but a good place for a nights sleep.

Check in was horrible. I tried to give her my identification from the beginning because I knew she would need it and could possibly use it to look up the reservation. She didn’t take it, asked for my name, then proceeded to tell me she didn’t have a reservation for me. I started to panic but she had just smelled something incorrect. Then came back and asked for my identification. I did get a smoking room but it smelled really horribly, I didn’t want to eat my food inside the room. The tub had stains.

The room's condition was, unfortunately, less than ideal. The pillowcases had blood stains, and there were cigarette burns in various locations bed, toliet, table etc. There was a bug on the bed possibly a flea, and the room was generally unclean. The smell was quite unpleasant, like something decaying. This was all within minutes of us being in the room. We asked for a refund immediately. Thankfully, the staff members were friendly. We did receive a refund. It would be wise to consider alternative accommodations.

Worse stay ever.
We get to the room all seems find. The we had gray water that was coming from the ceiling above the toilet that well on me as i was using the restroom i reported it the i was moved to a double when i rented a king with no compensation just a "I'm sorry" which is a downgrade. Then they didnt fix it they just cleaned it and re-rented it to someone else. This was horrible. To the point we checked out early. Then at check out they say i own them MORE money for the room change. I wish i would have taken photos it was room123 tho!

酒店回复: I am sorry this happened, we collected a deposit when you checked into the room. Upon checking the room there was a lot of pet hair all over the room. The deposit was kept for a cleaning charge in the room. We took care of the water that was leaking and were able to rent the room back out after Fixing the proplem.

Parking was terrible. Trucks with trailers took up 4 or more spaces. The room was dated and had no tv. There was a TV but no connection. The chain for security was broken off the door and just hung off the slot.

Lady behind the desk is very nice but the fact that I woke up at 3:00 in the morning and I had bed bugs on me and I have over 20 bites on my head and arms infuriates me and the fact that I won't get my money back for over 2 weeks
