Said there was a hot tube, hot tube was closed and tapped. Said there was a bar there was no bar. The pillows where hard as a rock so was the bed. Other then that the staff was helpful and easygoing

The facility needs major updates. The carpet is frayed. The hot tub was unavailable and looks like it hasn’t been used for quite some time. The bathtub and shower curtain were stained. The mattress had hard lumps. Instead of getting new signs (such as the breakfast and pool hours), they taped rolled up paper over the incorrect time. The staff was limited, but were friendly and helpful.

room had a smell. had to call a phone number to have someone come up to front counter. doors at other end of building didnt lock.

No one was at desk when we first got there. Waited for about 15 minutes even after calling number that was at the desk. Then couldn’t get door to room open even though light was green on door lock. Had to have attendant come help. But all in all was good experience

The hot tub is not functioning, this is not disclosed on their site. The advertised bar had its doors closed, they served beer from the front desk staff.
Spoiled milk at the breakfast bar. The eggs & sausages were barely warm. Waffle mix from dispenser was a weird color so didn't use that. Coffee station trash lid was filthy and the bag was not emptied. Breakfast bar trash can also filthy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Quick and easy check in, and as we were leaving, the clean up guy found my fiancés AirPods still in the room and made sure to get them to us before we left.

We purposely got a room with a Jacuzzi tub and the hot water did not work.
