I had to cancel because of family emergency 1 hr after your cancelation deadline and had to pay for a room I didn't use. I've stayed at your facility many times over the last 10years when visiting my sister in Stillwater. In fact, I've rescheduled my canceled trip to this week. But, I've reserved a room at another hotel.

Room was spotless and the pool and whirlpool were comforting! The breakfast was minimal, only waffles, bread and apples. I would stay again

GPS didn't recognize this hotel on map so had to look it up by address. Noone was at front desk at 3pm. Had to pay more than reservation and during the entire stay, there were no more than 3 cars in the parking lot which indicated that there were no guests at this hotel. Left early the next morning because I was not comfortable staying here. Would not recommend staying here.

if you want a room that reeks of cat pee look no further! was told pull out couch was removed as well. meaning if you rely on it to make sure your family has enough space to sleep, you will be dealing with this inconvenience. luckily for us it wasn’t needed, but look for other places. even if it is $50 more you will thank yourself.

Everything was fine for the price, all but the mattress. It was the worst bed I've ever tried to sleep in.

Below average Inn stay
Below-average Inn stay. There were a few times I wanted to ask for more shampoo or makeup remover towelettes, but when no one would come to the front desk, I would just go back to my room and inevitably see a house cleaning cart and take them from there. During my second night, it got down to the 40s outside and I was getting cold in my room. I tried turning the heat on but as soon as I did the fire alarm went off. So I turned it off and just went to sleep cold. The fire alarm beeped about once / minute for the remainder of my stay after that.

它实在是太老旧了。院子里的植物杂草丛生，还有三棵枯死的大树。前台接待员也不友好……既没有笑容，也没说欢迎光临或谢谢。早餐自助餐选择很少，稀稀拉拉的。到处都显示出这是一家老化的酒店。根本不值我们付的每晚225美元。
