酒店回复: Dear Ms Caroline,I'm sorry to read your dissatisfaction with the safety conditions imposed on us.In fact, our family suites cannot accommodate more than 3 people over the age of 12 for fire safety reasons (compulsory minimum room dimensions).This is why you were unable to book your room with the actual number of people (as a reminder, your booking was for 3 people and not 4).The reception team simply applied the safety instructions required in our hotel by French regulations.The receptionists also gave you a significant reduction on the cost of the 2nd room in order to offer you a solution and I am sorry to hear that you chose not to use it. 虽然看起来酒店离机场不远，但实际上走过去还是挺远的，因为道路不是直通的。酒店卫生很好，房间里有Nespresso胶囊咖啡机。洗漱用品非常基础，只有二合一的洗发水和沐浴露。
我遇到的最大问题是，机场班车比我预订的时间提前离开了。结果我到达机场时，值机柜台刚刚关闭。因此，我不得不重新购买一张去马德里的机票，并且会比原计划晚到10小时。
你们骗了我！我明明订的是四星级的梅居酒店，结果你们给我安排了一个两星级汽车旅馆的房间！！就是那个AEREL酒店！！
梅居酒店根本没有我的预订！
住宿条件太差劲了，我们睡了一张不舒服的床，墙壁薄得像纸一样，整晚都能听到马路上的噪音。
我的商务日都被毁了！
你们确认订单的时候用的是梅居酒店的照片，结果却把我们安排到汽车旅馆！

不知为什么图片似乎不大符合实际情况。酒店是一层的平方，铁皮房子那种，有点像motel，一定要住靠近内侧的房间（面向来的时候的路，后面有一条公路比较吵）早上很早走去机场感觉很安全
员工非常友善。早餐相当不错，而且离机场很近。
酒店位置绝佳，距离布拉尼亚克机场很近（步行10-15分钟）。前台工作人员非常热情周到，餐厅也很棒。房间舒适干净。
预订了一家四星级酒店，还部分支付了机场接送服务费，结果早上7点之前竟然没有班车，而6:45的出发时间是早上7点！
结果拖着行李走了15分钟。还好天气不错……
除此之外，没什么可说的。
请注意细则。我预订这家酒店时以为我们一家四口可以住在一间房里。然而，工作人员在办理入住手续时告诉我，由于我的女儿分别为 14 岁和 17 岁，所以我们必须住两间房。除非我预订了第二间房，否则不允许我入住。当我们上楼时，我们预订的第一间房有两张大号床。我的女儿睡在大号沙发床上，我们睡在普通床上。我们甚至没有打开我们必须预订的第二间房。退房时，由于经理不在场，我不能退款。我会努力拿回我的钱。这个政策太荒谬了。注意：酒店步行即可到达机场。同样，细则规定您必须提前预订班车……
员工在办理入住时不知道该与客人沟通什么。他们以为你很了解他们的政策。然后最终把错误归咎于客人。
他们声称为我们的房间提供免费瓶装水。然而，他们只提供了一瓶水，装满不了标准玻璃杯。
我不会再住这里，也不会推荐。
非常好的酒店，位置优越，靠近机场，有班车系统。早餐的价格一般，但餐厅（午餐/晚餐）非常好，而且交通便利。
