Our rooms are professionally treated for pests, and no roach activity—live or dead—was reported during your stay or by guests before or after. Linens are on a strict replacement schedule, and no issues were found in the room you occupied. We do not even use box springs. Our beds has frames that do not need the box and mattress are memory foam high quality mattresses.Had any concerns been reported to our front desk, we would have addressed them immediately. We stand by the cleanliness and upkeep of our property and are confident this review does not reflect the experience we consistently provide.

我对这家酒店不太满意。抵达时房间还没准备好，我等了将近一个小时！但更糟糕的是，酒店里到处都是闲逛的人，感觉就像在一个街角小混混聚集的地方一样。工作人员和客人的互动过于随意，显得非常不专业。换句话说，他们和那些在酒店里晃荡的人一样，都显得非常低端！我很确定我近期不会再来了！！！
房间非常干净舒适。员工热情友好。入住办理快捷方便：厨房配备齐全的家电。床很舒服。性价比很高。泳池令人放松。还配备了全新的洗衣机和烘干机供客人使用。我一定会再次入住。
入住体验非常舒适。房间超级干净温馨。我肯定会很快再来的。房间比我想象的要大。入住办理非常便捷。我来这里是为了探望家人。泳池很棒。健身房的器材一应俱全。前台很贴心地提供了额外的床单被罩。酒店还有自动售货机可以买到零食。
房间干净整洁，员工友善。以后我肯定还会再次入住。房间宽敞明亮，比我预想的还要大，厨房设施齐全，包括全尺寸炉灶、烤箱、微波炉和全尺寸冰箱，方便我存放食材，因为我在入住期间自己做饭。
这家酒店唯一值得称道的地方就是前台那位年轻女士，她人很友善也很乐于助人。她完全可以找到一份更好的工作，比如去高档连锁酒店。这片区域治安很差，酒店本身也很老旧破败，非常不理想。
房间和网站上的图片完全不一样，毛巾很脏，房间里还有蟑螂，沙发床闻起来像尿骚味，整个房间都弥漫着烟味。水压很慢，空调也不好用。
这个地方有臭虫！我拍了照片和视频，也尝试联系房东要求退款，但他们拒绝给我任何补偿。
我被从另一家酒店换到了这家酒店。前台那位女士很友善。
