DO NOT STAY THERE! There were roaches in the room, wires coming out of the wall, and when my son pulled out the couch bed, there were black spots, mould?? On the mattress when he pulled the sheets up.
Went down to address it with the front desk and we left and went to the Hilton across the parking lot.
They refuse to give a refund, which is so disgusting since they “are adhering to their no refund policy.”

The room had cockroaches, hair in the bed that was supposedly just cleaned.
We were a group of families trying to book together for out of town game and others have very similar issues with their rooms. The front desk couldn’t do anything because the manager was not in. It was poorly handled. And we are excepted to call on Monday in hopes of getting something refunded.

no one at deck when trying to check in waited approx 10 minutes for someone room was not very clean. saw a cockrock in room in morning. turn on water to take shower, water would not divert to showerhead so neither of us could shower. light overbathroom sink did not work. no one at desk to address- 3 times in am. sign 'put key in bowl.'

I was deeply disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The entire building was in very poor condition — dirty floors, stained walls, and an overall feeling of neglect. The worst part was discovering roaches in the room, including a live roach that literally blew out of the hair dryer when I tried to use it. That was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
It’s clear that cleanliness and maintenance are not priorities here. I couldn’t relax or feel comfortable for even one night. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere until major improvements are made. This was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

The toilet was way too low. The sink counter was coming off the wall. No outlets to charge cell phone or iPad in the room. Lounge was decorated with the most uncomfortable seating.

DISAPPOINTED HOTEL STAY
Facility being remodeled in areas. Our room smelled of smoke/mold, dirty floors, moldings, walls, lights not working and entrance at side was filthy. We stay at multiple La Quinta with never any issues and have 2 more bookings in future. Disappointing and I hate to complain but this was not worth the amount charged.

Renovation being done, unaware when reservation made. Rooms were horrible, torned curtain, broken furniture, food left in microwave, ants in bathroom, refrigerator frozen-up. Some lights didn't work. Rust in the bathtub. We are long term customers over 30yrs . I assumed Wyndham is renovating to improve look of laquinta but this particular site need to be closed until Renovation is completed.
