Good but not 3*
Not sure 3 stars is correct should be 2 and priced accordingly- as is run down and amenities/facilities old and worn. That said the staff are great, the room was clean, the food plentiful and wholesome and the showers hot

Really liked the place and had a good time despite some daft little things. The food is great and there are loads of nice, efficient staff. The place is a bit tired and has an odd layout with some of it freezing cold, even the bar area. Card machine sometimes didn't work and the sauna booking system is pointless but it's bang next to the lifts you want and has nice comfy beds.

I read alot of negative reviews of chalet alpina. I suspect people travelling to a high end resort such as tignes might also expect high end accomodation and therefore in some respects alpina could be found lacking. For my pennies worth I think the accomodation is 2 star (small rooms, tired and basic but servicable), the food is 3 star (hearty pub grub) and the location is 4 star (easy 5 mins walk from the lifts). If you book on this understanding you will not be disappointed. Would recommend.

Came last ski season and it was perfect for us so we came again this year. The two bed apartment works well for us. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a good selection of tasty and healthy food. The location is fantastic, really close to the ski lifts and the bars yet it is very quiet. The swimming pool and sauna although not fancy are a real bonus!

建筑物内部（走廊、休闲区等）破旧不堪。泳池里的水不冷不热，桑拿房没有温度，也没有沙漏，这个休闲区也很破旧。简单但很好的饭菜。令人愉快的员工。
愉快的4天住宿
确实，整个酒店需要好好翻新一下，但我们住得很愉快。请注意，半膳服务的饭菜非常好，“餐厅”的工作人员也非常令人愉快。

位置很棒，到Grande Motte的电梯200m；酒店的外观很漂亮，但房间需要真正翻新一下才配得上 3 星级。此外，我们可以听到隔壁房间发生的一切，英国客人的迟到也不会被忽视……除此之外，工作人员很细心，早餐齐全多样，晚餐令人满意。滑雪储物柜很小，你必须把滑雪靴放回房间。
