The experience started with a warm welcome but that was the only warmth to come from this hotel, the apartment was filthy, they only provided 1 roll of toilet paper to 7 guests, we had to clean the apartment before even unpacking, we found dog hair on the beds, the curtains were grey with a brown bottom but that wasn’t the colour scheme intended and throughout finding insects all over the apartment including bedrooms. When checking out of the hotel there was no one on receipt and no information on where to leave the keys or checking out procedures, so we left the keys on the key rack in the apartment, a few hours later we had a rude angry french man on the phone threatening us with loosing our £300 deposit as we had “lost the keys” even when he had not looked in the apartment to find them to our later knowledge, he then proceeds to tell us that the standard cleanliness of the room was not acceptable, rather ironic as we arrived to the room in a worse state to when we left

Perfectly acceptable accommodation and pretty much what you expect in any ski resort in France - ie small, in need of renovation and a little bit grubby. Let’s be clear though this is definitely not a 4 star “premium” accommodation as marketed - this is 2 star possibly 3 star at a push - but again this kind of quality exaggeration is very much expected in France. Our apartment was an ok size for myself and my two children - I wasn’t best pleased at having to wash every piece of cutlery and crockery when I arrived

Like so many of the apartments in tignes this is pretty poor quality. On arrival spent the whole day cleaning the apartment and still filthy. The double bed had dog hair all over it and paw prints and had to ask for complete bed gear change. Bathroom and toilet filthy and one toilet roll for the entire apartment sleeping 8! Most things broken and in need of repair. Whole week no towel or bed linen change without paying for it! Coffee charge for. Zero cleaning. Extremely noisy outside and inside with students occupying the many apartments boozing and shouting until 3.30 and 5am in the morning. Ski room looks like it hasn’t seen renovation since 1960z Staff in reception area couldn’t care less busy charging you for coffee capsules for the machine in the room. If you like filth and noise and non existent service then this is the place.

The location is ok, with shuttles to get to the slopes, and a lift to get to shops. The rooms are a decent size and it was quiet at night when we visited. However, there are a number of things which are very wrong. The whole interior is in serious need of renovation: the furniture and walls are scratched, the shower door was falling off, the toaster barely worked.. Even though no snow fell during the week, the alley leading to the building was covered in thick ice and not cleared once. Very disappointing for a Pierre & Vacances "Premium".

The hotel room is dirty, everything they promised was not fulfilled. Bunch of jokers. We were supposed to have towels and bedding for our room, there was a lack of pillows as well. Bugs in various places of the apartment and i noticed the back of the curtains looked like a carpet that has been pulled out of a skip. No toilet roll to be seen anywhere! So we cleaned the apartment on arrival and went to the shop to get toilet roll. On arrival we were told there is a bakery nearby and and our room number. We were not told about checking out the following week. 1 week later our time had come to leave at 5am, wiped our feet on the way out. We tried to find where to leave the keys but everywhere was locked, so we hung them up in the room and caught our bus home. Now we are being threatened with our deposit because they cant find the keys, they hadn’t actually looked for it so when we told them they decided that the room was left untidy. It really wasn’t. The person on the phone was a top draw helmet too.

Points positifs : Location d'un appartement supérieur pour 8 personnes, les appartements sont jolis et spacieux, bonne literie, vaisselle en nombre, casseroles/poêles de qualité ce qui est rare dans les locations. Four mixte micro-ondes. Points négatifs : vaisselle sale à l'arrivée on a dû relaver pas mal de choses, Frigo qui ne fait pas de froid, 11° à l'intérieur, n'a fait du froid que 3 jours après, le technicien devait passer mais pas venu. Lave-vaisselle panier du bas qui déraille, grille-pain défectueux qui nous a été échangé contre un neuf en le ramenant à la réception. Mouchoirs en papier sous les lits et 1 sdb moyennement propre. Appartement bât B (numéro B324) bruyant pour la chambre du bas car elle donne sur un restaurant et les gens font du bruit tard la nuit. Localisation : pas ski au pied mais ça on le savait en réservant mais la navette gratuite est devant la résidence et que 2 arrêts pour aller au front de neige. on peut également la prendre pour aller aux autres villages de Tignes. Personnel sympathique. la wifi full access était comprise car appartement de gamme supérieure.
