A lovely warm reception by Derek in this charming hotel. I really enjoyed the cosy lounge area, which was perfect for entertaining my visiting family. Also, later in the evening, I enjoyed the convenience of supper served in my room….

Our stay here really was exceptional - we stay at a lot of hotels with our jobs and this one really was a step above the rest. So much so that I have booked in again and will be using this as my go to stay when I am working in Woking. Thank you. Your team are a credit to the beautiful ambiance you have created.

Lovely property. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is great. The wine is very nice. Hope to stay again
我已经住过几次了，喜欢它隐蔽的位置和友好的员工。电热水淋浴系统也很棒。食物也很好吃，唯一的缺点是只有9个停车位。
又好又干净，卫生条件很好。
好不容易睡着了，床倒是挺舒服的。可是楼上房间地板吱吱作响，吵得我睡不着觉。冲马桶和淋浴的声音也让我难以入眠。后来，淋浴喷头朝外还开着，结果我一按开关，水就喷得到处都是，整个房间都淹了。我只好穿着外套去前台要吹风机，因为我刚试过淋浴，浑身湿透，结果被人啧啧称奇。
早上六点半，睡眠不足，完全没心情开玩笑。
而且房间正对着主路，所以汽车噪音很大，我很不习惯。
这次入住体验很糟糕。还好以后不用再来了。
从外面看还不错。不过我觉得它更像是个寄宿公寓，而不是酒店。
不幸的是，我们能听到隔壁房间的电视声音，而且从早上5:30就睡着了！我们入住后确实跟他们提过，但他们说，既然我们已经在房间里了，如果想换房间，就得另付钱！
