My experience from the beginning was horrible,, the manager was chatting for 20 minutes on the phone before acknowledging me. The check in was supposed to be at 10:00am per *******; which was not honored upon arrival. Our bath tub was clogged, I called the front desk, he said he would send the janitor. A gal showed up with a stick that she stuck in the tub. She began to laugh and she said she has no idea what she was doing. It was not a funny matter.I had two small children that needed to bathe after traveling for hours. Your staff defenitly needs to be re-educated, and your staff needs to have some mandatory in-services. I would not refer my Colorado friends or families to stay here at your Chandler location.

Had a fall. Let the front desk I was going to the hospital (by gurney. Via ambulance) and wasn’t able to check out. “Please just gather my stuff, when I get out, I will come by”. Instead, came back to my wheelchair, walker, suitcase, phone and wallet thrown out. Had only the clothes on my back! This place is evil and the manager obviously has no sympathy whatsoever!
